This healthy dip packed with the benefits of mint, is perfect for serving with appetizers or any snack of your choice.
How to prepare?
Take a mixer jar and add:
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup of mint leaves
- 6 to 8 green chillies
- 10 cloves of garlic
- an inch of ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt as per taste
- Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- Grind the above ingredients to a fine paste
Mint chutney is ready to serve!
Tip: You can mix this mint chutney with half a cup of thick curd, if preferred.
