  Looking for something quick to make? Then, I would suggest you make this healthy and simple, yet tasty dish. Ingredients: Garlic - 30 cloves Finely sliced onions - 2 Green chillies - 4 Dry red chillies - 5 Fenugreek (methi) seeds - 2 teaspoons Few curry leaves Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 a teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons Salt - As per taste 1/2 a kg of rice How to prepare?  Place a cooker on medium flame. In it, add some oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and dry red chillies.  Once the Fenugreek seeds turn golden brown, add finely sliced onion, green chillies, curry leaves and sauté for a minute. Then, add rice and water (double the quantity of water, i.e. , for every glass of rice, add 2 glasses of water).  Then, add chilly powder, turmeric powder, cloves of garlic (whole) and salt as per taste. How to make Mint chutney - A healthy dipping sauce

  This healthy dip packed with the benefits of mint, is perfect for serving with appetizers or any  snack of your choice. How to prepare?   Take a mixer jar and add: 1 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup of mint leaves 6 to 8 green chillies 10 cloves of garlic an inch of ginger 1/2 cup chopped onion salt as per taste Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)  Grind the above ingredients to a fine paste  Mint chutney is ready to serve!  Tip: You can mix this mint chutney with half a cup of thick curd, if preferred.

How to make Paneer kebab that looks and tastes like chicken kebab

For all the vegetarians out there who want to try something similar to mouth watering chicken kebab and, also for all the non-vegetarians who for some reason couldn't get their hands on chicken and want to make some kebabs. This is a must know recipe. How to prepare? Take a mixer jar.  Add a handful  coriander leaves, mint leaves (Pudina), green chillies - 4 to 5, cloves of garlic 8 to 10, ginger - 1 inch (1 or 1.5 spoon, finely chopped) Grind this into a fine paste.  For marinating paneer : In a bowl, add  paneer  (250 grams) cut into small cubes. Then, add 1cup curd, 3 spoons maida, 2 spoons corn flour, 2 spoons fine semolina (rava), 3 spoons  of red chilli powder, 1spoon of garam masala, 1spoon  of dhania (coriander)powder. Also, add  the above paste and salt(as per taste).  Mix all ingredients well and keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.  Then deep fry in oil on medium flame. Serve hot with some mint chutney , lemon and onions!

Green leafy vegetable (GLV) is an important part of a balanced diet. They are highly nutritious and all of us try to include them in our diet one way or another, whether we like them or not. Bored of the same old Salad you make out of green leafy vegetables? Wanna try some new recipe with amazing flavour? Then, this is a must try!  Just add this masala, in order to make any GLV tasty. To make the masala: Take a pan and heat up some oil. Fry 10 red chillies (Byadagi chilli-a variety of chilli available in Karnataka, India). Then take a mixer jar. In it, add a small cup of roasted ground nuts after removing the peel and the fried red chillies , 1 cup (same cup which was used to add groundnut) fried gram, 1 cup (same cup which was used to add groundnut) dry coconut , 10 to 12  coves of garlic, some dry curry leaves and grind them into fine powder. Add as required to the cooked leafy vegetable and mix well. Ready to serve!
